These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the iLotto platform and all its services. By using iLotto's website, mobile app, or any associated service, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

ILotto is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. We believe it is our responsibility to be fully transparent with every member. These Terms & Conditions are written in plain language so that every member has a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities.

These Terms are published in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

The following rules must be strictly followed when registering with iLotto:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be fully accurate and truthful.
• Please provide your full name, date of birth, and mobile number accurately.
• Keep your account password strong and confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above ৳10,000 on iLotto. A copy of your National ID or passport must be provided.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use iLotto's services:

• Age: Minimum age is 18. Accounts will be closed if age cannot be verified.
• Mental Capacity: You are using the service of your own free will and with full mental capacity.
• Restriction-free: You have not previously been banned from iLotto or any associated platform.
• Conflict-free: iLotto employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

ILotto is strongly committed to protecting minors from gaming. If we identify that a minor is using iLotto, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held will be transferred to a social responsibility fund.

All withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions require approval from the support team.

• Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submitting a request.
• Single withdrawal limit is ৳5,000 until KYC verification is complete.
• ILotto reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

ILotto regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% of your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 10x (bonus + deposit).
• Weekly Cashback: 5%–20% of losing bets. Credited directly to your wallet — no wagering required.
• Reload Bonus: An extra 20%–50% bonus on deposits on selected days. Wagering requirement: 8x.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 for every successful referral, applicable after the referred person makes their first deposit.

If any member is found to be abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — iLotto reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and close the account.

All bets placed on iLotto are final and cannot be changed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, cancellations may occur in certain exceptional circumstances:

• If a match or event is completely cancelled.
• In the event of a critical technical fault on the platform.
• In the event that incorrect odds are published (in cases of obvious error).
• If a match starts before the scheduled time and has already kicked off before the bet was placed.

Maximum win limit: The maximum daily winnings from a single bet is ৳50,00,000. Any amount exceeding this limit will be void. Separate rules apply for lottery jackpots.

Live Betting: Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be changed. iLotto is not liable for any issues caused by network disruptions.

ILotto believes gaming is entertainment — never a solution to life's problems. We actively promote responsible gaming and offer the following features to protect our members:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Bet limits: Set a maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Time Limits: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend or permanently close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

ILotto follows the highest technical standards to protect your personal information and financial data.

• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Financial data is stored in a PCI DSS-compliant system.
• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Regular third-party cybersecurity audits are conducted.
• Members are notified immediately if any suspicious activity is detected on their account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on iLotto:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or using another person's identity.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Use of hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Harassment or disrespectful behaviour toward other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

ILotto may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Regulatory order or legal requirement.

Closed at member's request: You can close your account at any time through our support team. All valid balances can be withdrawn before closure.

Banned Account: Funds held in accounts closed due to suspension will be reviewed during investigation. Legitimate funds will be returned; bonuses and suspicious winnings may be forfeited.

For any dispute or complaint, iLotto follows a transparent and fair resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint to our support team — support@ilotto.im or via live chat.
• Step 2: Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Complex disputes will be fully investigated within 7 business days.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request independent third-party mediation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the laws of the registered jurisdiction. Any disputes brought before a court will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant international tribunal.

ILotto reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Members will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• A special notice will be published on the website.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you have the option to close your account. Any valid balance held at that time will be refunded in full.
